Began training for 10k, Ran around the neighborhood. 1.45 miles. Not bad for today. Working up to a lot more miles. 20-25/week to start. Have a ways to go but will get there! All this in addition to my normal workouts each day: Insanity/PiYo/Combat etc. Feels good to be able to actually run.
Wasn't able to just a few years ago. I was in such bad health. But since I started doing Beachbody workouts a few years ago, I have lots more endurance :)
