Today is day 11. About half way through the 21 Day Fix. It's been tough sticking to the meal plans! I've pretty much done it except for a few slip ups. But I've noticed a HUGE difference in my abs. The puffiness is going away finally! I thought after 2 surgeries in March my abs would be ruined for good!. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! And I know with lots of hard work, I can reach my fitness goals. Stay tuned for before and after pics in 10 days :)
